    All services are provider virtually with appointment links sent via reminders.
  • How are appointments scheduled and conducted?
    New client appointments are up to 60 mins long. Follow up visits are up to 30 mins long. Follow up appointments are usually scheduled before current appointment is ended. Flexible appointment scheduling is available. There is an appointment portal to manage and request appointments. Reminder emails/texts are sent before appointments depending on preference.

    Yes, we accept cash and offer a sliding scale.
  • What are the operating hours for Harmony & Unity Mental Health?
    Harmony & Unity MH is currently open: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 6 pm. However, our Hours of Operation are flexible and can change based on the needs of our Provider and clients. We understand the importance of accommodating our clients' schedules, so we offer flexible scheduling when available.

    At Harmony & Unity Mental Health, we require clients to maintain a valid credit card on file to cover any incurred expenses, including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, and outstanding balances. While we strive to accommodate all clients, please be aware that appointments may be canceled, and clients discharged from practice if there is an outstanding balance. If you are experiencing difficulties, please reach out so we can assist you. We encourage open communication regarding payment plans, which can be arranged the discretion of Harmony & Unity Mental Health. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances are due on the day of your visit, and superbills are available upon request for insurance or reimbursement purposes. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our payment policies as we work together to maintain financial harmony.
